Volunteer Concept: 
The Adult Helper will assist sight supervisor, teachers, and Certified Teachers with all program related tasks as deemed appropriate.

Major Duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting students with reading and math assignments
Provide one-on-one homework assistance with program participants
Assist students with special school related projects
Assist students with computer usage
Assist with documentation of attendance
Assist with distribution of healthy snacks
Assist site supervisor and teachers with effective center operations
Maintain center entrance and exits related to student’s arrival and departure
Assist teacher to execute special student tasks and projects

Skills Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior Experience working with children in grades Pre –K through 6th grade - recommended
Effective communication skills
Effective social skills
